If you think that nobody can read your chat conversations over ICQ and AOL messengers, then you are wrong because the data is sent without any encryption at all. This is why over 50 thousands of users (as per the developer's website statement) use the products of Secway, One of these is SimpLite-ICQ-AIM which is the free version of their commercial program called "SimpPro". SimpLite-ICQ-AIM differs from SimPro that it only supports AOL and ICQ while SimPro supports MSN, ICQ, Yahoo!, Google and more. SimpLite-ICQ-AIM encrypts the conversations sent and received providing that you and the other person who is chatting with you have the same program or SimPro. After you finish the installation of the program, a configuration wizard will be launched automatically to let you choose your ICQ / AIM client and then the RSA key generator wizard will be launched in order to let you generate your own RSA key and set the program's password. The main window of the program is easy and user-friendly. It will show you which conversations are encrypted and which are not. It also has buttons to enable/disable balloon notifications, toggle sound effects on/off and force the window to stay on top of all other applications.
